Our engagement and facilitation services help clients to gather a variety of perspectives on public policies, programs, and other research questions. Engagement services range from one-on-one interviews and surveys, to focus groups, web-based expert panels, and larger townhall-style events. We also offer workshop facilitation services such as SWOT analysis workshops with different stakeholders and program staff to examine key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
These services have been shown to strengthen cohesion and understanding across stakeholders and capture a diverse range of expertise in a short amount of time. We seamlessly manage each step of the process including developing the engagement plan, discussion questions, and materials, as well as recruiting participants, planning logistics, facilitating sessions, and summarizing the major findings in a report or presentation slide deck.
