Don Ference is President of Ference & Company. Don has over 40 years of consulting experience and specializes in program evaluation, feasibility studies, business process improvement, financial analysis, market research, and business planning. Under Don’s leadership, Ference & Company has developed from a small management consulting firm to one of Canada’s leading independent program evaluation consulting firms. For his efforts, Don was awarded the “Entrepreneur of the Year” Award by the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of BC. Prior to establishing the firm in 1980, Don was a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young in Vancouver. He has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto. Don is a Credentialed Evaluator (CE) and Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC). He is past President of the Institute of Management Consultants of BC.
