    Beth Garner is a Principal with Ference & Company Ltd. Since joining Ference & Company in 2010, Beth has led evaluations, performance measurement coaching, and facilitation services for various government and not-for-profit organizations in the areas of innovation, economic and social development, public safety, and health. Prior to 2010, Beth worked for an Ottawa-based consulting firm which provided advice to government-owned financing agencies around the world in the area of program and policy evaluation. Beth also completed a Canadian government funded internship at the African Development Bank in Tunisia, contributing to the launch of an initiative to promote UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Africa for cultural and eco-tourism. Beth has a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. Beth holds a Canadian Evaluation Society Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation.
